In case of dissatisfaction, the customer must request to return the items and request refund within 14 working days of receipt of goods (30 days holiday periods season). We recommend you to use a reliable postal service or courier that will give you a tracking number and insure you for the value of the goods.
- Procedure of Return:

Pay attention to the following point: Without the return acceptation on the Gertrude+Gaston's website, Gertrude+Gaston will not able to repay your order.
- Return conditions:
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we will not accept goods outside of the time frame and will not accept returns for items that have been worn or where the tag has been removed. We will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as when sent. In the absence of the respect for one or for all these conditions one or several products will not be paid off.
- Return and delivery costs:
Gertrude+Gaston cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be the customer own responsibility until it reaches the Gertrude+Gaston’s address.
With the exception of an exchange of item, the product cost (without shipping cost) will be paid off by credit on the bank account used during the place of the order. A refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 5 days of receipt of the return in Gertrude+Gaston’s warehouse. In the case of an incomplete return, the initially charged costs of delivery will not be paid off.
